Outourced model

27 also works on a project basis where the company acts as a consulting team for the Digital agencies. Instead of working directly with client, 27 instead focuses on working with digital agencies who require implementation team for their projects.

The choice to stay away from evolving into a digital agency is intentional as we do not want to focus on UX visualisation skills which is a specialisation. We instead would like to channelise our UI/UX skills to develop our own products, thereby having to only deal with one client (ourselves) rather than a lot of them.

Unlike the earlier model where the client is responsible for everything, on this model however 27 leads the way and is responsible for the following:

Implement / Advice cutting edge solution for the idea / problem
Focus on website performance on devices and search engines
Comply with GDPR and advice / implement testing standards
Implement / enable data driven strategies using Analytics

Product model

We are quite passionate about making a difference in this world by means of technology. Being a small but matured team, we have realised our roles in adding to the digital transformation our world is currently going through. We have therefore invested in products, most of which pivot about internal teams and their management.

We want to leave a mark as well as pay way for the next generation by the time the original team within 27 are done. Of course we would want our product to succeed, but what drives us more is the fact that products are the testimony of your growth over the years as problem solvers and skilled coders.
